James is back on the Formula 3 grid — and this time, for the long haul. The 21-year-old has officially signed with AIX Racing to compete in the remaining rounds of the 2025 FIA Formula 3 Championship.

Having previously raced in the Monte Carlo round last year, where he finished P20 and P22 in the Sprint and Feature Races, James now returns to the series with a full-time seat and a renewed drive to make his mark.

James’s journey through the motorsport ranks has been nothing short of impressive. He was crowned the 2019 Ginetta Junior Champion before stepping up to British F4 in 2020, where he claimed eight race wins across two seasons. A three-year stint in the GB3 Championship followed, with James securing six podiums — including two standout victories.

Earlier in 2025, James competed in the Formula Regional Middle East Championship, gaining valuable experience ahead of this next big step.

Reflecting on the opportunity, James said:

“It’s an absolute dream come true for me and something I never thought could happen. I want to thank Ackel GP very very much and AIX Racing for putting their faith in me.
I am super excited to start getting used to the new car and working closely with the team to achieve some respectable results sooner rather than later.”

Stay tuned for updates as James hits the track with AIX Racing for the rest of the 2025 season.
